Corvairs Acquire Top 2006-Born Defenceman Carson Littlejohn from OJHL

Caledonia, Ontario – July 2, 2025 – The Caledonia Corvairs are proud to announce the acquisition of 2006-born defenceman Carson Littlejohn from the Wellington Dukes (OJHL) ahead of the 2025–26 GOJHL season.

Standing at 6’0” and weighing in at 209 pounds, the Newmarket native joins the Corvairs after a breakout season split between the Haliburton County Huskies and Wellington Dukes, where he recorded 5 goals and 31 assists for 36 points in 47 games—leading all 2006-born defencemen in the OJHL. His offensive contributions were matched with a reliable, physical game and strong situational awareness on both sides of the puck.

Known for his heavy shot and high hockey IQ, Littlejohn will bring experience, poise, and leadership to a Corvairs team looking to make a serious push this year.

“Carson is a big addition to our blue line,” said GM Jake MacNeil. “He was the top ‘06 D-man in the OJ last year. He brings a cannon of a shot and very high hockey IQ in all areas of the game to our D-core and has a chip on his shoulder in the physicality side. His veteran presence is a big addition for us as we look to contend this season.”

Littlejohn is expected to slot into a key role immediately and be leaned on in all situations—5-on-5, special teams, and late-game moments.

Welcome to Caledonia, Carson!
