The Caledonia Corvairs are excited to announce the return of forward Brayden Russell for the 2024-25 season.
The Ancaster native is no stranger to the Corvairs, having played two seasons in Caledonia before moving on to the Toronto Jr. Canadiens of the OJHL last year. With the Jr. Canadiens, Russell appeared in 45 regular season games, recording 6 goals and 8 assists for 14 points, while also suiting up in 9 playoff contests.
Russell’s familiarity with the Corvairs’ culture and his experience at the OJHL level make him a valuable addition to the lineup as the team prepares for the upcoming campaign.
“Brayden is a player to watch this season. With his size, speed, hockey IQ and Jr. A experience we have no doubt this will be his breakout season. Brayden will be a big piece in us pushing for a championship this season,” said GM Jake MacNeil.
With Russell back in the fold, the Corvairs add another steady presence to a group eager to compete for a championship.
