Former Captain Noah Baltzer Returns to Corvairs as Assistant Coach

The Caledonia Corvairs are proud to announce the addition of Noah Baltzer to the team’s coaching staff as an assistant coach for the upcoming season.

Baltzer is no stranger to Caledonia, having spent four years with the organization and playing three seasons in a Corvairs uniform. He appeared in 122 games, recording 30 goals, 22 assists, and 329 penalty minutes, while also scoring six game-winning goals. Known for his physical edge and leadership qualities, Baltzer capped off his playing career by serving as team captain in his final season — a reflection of the respect he earned within the room.

“Excited to have Noah back apart of the organization. For 4 years he wore the crest and knew what it meant to be a Corvair.” said General Manager Jake MacNeil. “We hope that with his recent experience dawning the logo he can show our players what it truly means to be a Corvair and play Vairs hockey. He’s mature beyond his years and hungry to learn this side of the game. Will be a learning experience for him but we know it’s the right fit for both parties. Can’t wait to see what he can learn and do!”

Baltzer’s transition to coaching marks an exciting new chapter in his hockey journey. His familiarity with the league, the team’s systems, and the standards of the program position him to make an immediate impact.
